How to Start

Most people who reach out are not entirely sure what to expect.

That’s part of the process. Beginning this process is straightforward.

Reach Out

1

Send a brief message through the contact form or by email.

There is no need to prepare anything in advance—just a few sentences about what led you to reach out is enough.

Initial Conversation

2

We will schedule a brief call (15–20 minutes).

This is a chance to get a clearer sense of what you’re looking for, ask any initial questions, and determine whether this feels like a good fit.

There is no expectation to commit at this stage.

First Session

3

If it makes sense to move forward, we will schedule an initial session.

This first meeting provides space to understand more fully what has been going on, what you are hoping to change, and how the work might proceed.

What to Expect

4

For many people, reaching out is the most uncertain part of the process.

There is often some hesitation—especially for those who are used to handling things on their own, or who have not done this kind of work before.

The goal is not to move quickly, but to determine whether this is a useful and appropriate next step.

Availability

5

I maintain a limited caseload in order to keep the work focused and consistent.

Availability is typically limited.

If you are interested in getting started, I recommend reaching out directly to discuss current openings.
